Care consent
By confirming a booking you consent to the selected provider delivering the described service, and to the sharing of the minimum information required to deliver that service safely.
Prescription handling
Prescriptions you upload are stored privately and shared only with the dispensing pharmacy handling your order, and with authorised platform staff for compliance review.
Withdrawing consent
You may cancel a booking or order in line with the applicable cancellation terms, which withdraws consent for the service that has not yet been delivered.
