These terms govern your use of Lavamozu Health. This is a working draft published for transparency while our final legal documentation is completed.
Nature of the service
Lavamozu Health is a marketplace that connects clients with independent, licence-verified health specialists, clinics and pharmacies. We are not a healthcare provider and do not deliver clinical care ourselves.
Bookings and payments
Payments are held in escrow when a booking is made and released to the provider after the service is completed. Cancellation and refund handling follows the terms shown at the time of booking.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, impersonate a provider, or attempt to move communication or payment off-platform.
