What we collect
Account details, booking and order records, messages exchanged inside a booking, and documents you upload such as prescriptions or licences.
How access is controlled
Health-related records, prescriptions and booking messages are accessible only to you, the provider involved in that specific booking or order, and authorised platform staff where required for verification, safety or dispute resolution. Access is enforced at the database level and security-relevant access is audited.
Sensitive bookings
Mental-health and other sensitive bookings are handled discreetly and are never surfaced publicly or to unrelated providers.
Your choices
You can update your profile, export your assistant conversation history and delete those conversations from within the app, and unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
